An easy-listening album that explores various Scriptures and the lessons taught in them.

"For the Word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword...." (Hebrews 4:12a NKJV) It is filled with God's instructions, wisdom, love and truth, and this collection of songs draws deeply from its pages. They were inspired by reading the passages, in times of prayer and through messages shared by others. Because the Word is alive, as we prayerfully read it, God's truths are impressed upon our hearts, and we are changed by it. I pray that the lessons which became real to me and spoke to my heart, will speak to yours as well, and that these songs will minister the Truth of the Word in a fresh and inspiring way. May it also encourage us to spend more time searching out the endless treasures contained in the Bible, as we spend time with the Author and allow His words to breathe life and hope into us every day.

As always, I give thanks and praise to my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, for all He has done for me, and for His gift of song which He entrusted to me. My precious family is always the team that encourages, strengthens, loves and supports me, and I can never thank them enough for enduring my recording frustrations and delays, and standing with me in this ministry. It brings me such joy to have our children singing with me on several of the tracks, and I appreciate their willingness to join me.
